Fit Founder Collective ("FFC," "we," "us," or "our") is a brand of Evergreen Wellness Collective LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. When you sign up for our newsletter, fill out a contact form, book a coaching call, purchase a membership or product, or otherwise interact with us, you may provide: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, payment information (handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers), scheduling details, and any messages or content you choose to send.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URL, time spent on pages, and similar usage data. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

  • Stripe (or Squarespace Commerce) — processes payments. They handle and store payment card details under their own privacy policy.
  • Acuity Scheduling — handles appointment bookings.
  • Google Analytics — provides website analytics. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — helps us measure ad performance and reach similar audiences on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Our email marketing platform — sends newsletters and marketing emails.

Each provider has its own privacy practices, and we recommend reviewing them. We do not sell your personal information.
